Your portal is missing? Almost every portal reads OpenImmo XML. Create the interface in immoprofessional yourself and enter the portal's access data. Export formats: OpenImmo XML (identifier IMPF07, also multilingual), ImmoScout24 RestAPI, Kyero XML, IDX 3.01 and Idealista JSON. Via OpenImmo XML, Kyero XML or Idealista JSON you can also feed an existing website on another system.

How to set up an interface
Three steps per portal. If you have questions, our support is available by phone or e-mail.

Account with the portal
Create a provider account with the portal or use your existing one. The portal gives you the access data for the data transfer.

Create the interface
In immoprofessional, select the portal under "Interfaces", enter the access data and save.

Transfer properties
Select the properties that should appear on the portal and start the export. Changes are transferred the same way – with a click.

OpenImmo XML (also multilingual), ImmoScout24 RestAPI, Kyero XML, IDX 3.01 and Idealista JSON. Import is possible from any software that writes OpenImmo XML, ImmoScout24 XML or Kyero XML.
My portal is not listed – what now?
Almost every portal reads OpenImmo XML. Create an OpenImmo interface in immoprofessional yourself and enter the access data provided by the portal. Done.
Can I add properties without an interface?
Yes. The interfaces are optional. All properties can also be created and managed directly in immoprofessional – with images, videos, floor plans and documents. You do not need any additional software.
Can I take over properties from my previous software?
Yes. Via the import interface you take over any number of properties with images, videos and documents from your previous real estate software or from a portal such as ImmoScout24 or Immowelt. Properties can also be exchanged between two immoprofessional websites.
How does my website adapt to smartphones and tablets?
Automatically. Every immoprofessional website is responsive and displays properties, images and forms correctly on every device.
Can I adapt the design of my website?
Yes. You change colours, fonts, logo, pages and texts yourself. Expert fields are available for your own web designer.
How secure is my data?
The software meets the requirements of the EU GDPR. All areas are password-protected and SSL-encrypted; data is backed up regularly.
Is there a client login for prospects?
Yes. Prospects can register on your website, store search profiles and, if you wish, see exclusive properties that are not listed publicly.
